Your Daily Practice
Consistency is the only thing that produces lasting change in the Aura. A five-minute daily practice will do more over three months than an occasional long session. The structure does not need to be complex. What follows is a simple framework that works with any instrument and can be adapted as your practice deepens.

Five steps. Five minutes minimum. Consistency is what matters.
1. Set Your Intention
Before you pick up an instrument, take three slow breaths and decide why you are here. Clarity of intention focuses the session. It does not need to be complex, and even “balance and rest” is enough.
2. Ground
Sit with both feet flat on the floor or on the ground. Feel the contact. A grounded body receives sound better than a tense one. One minute of conscious stillness before you begin makes a noticeable difference.
3. Activate Your Instrument
Bring your Tuning Fork into vibration against an activator or the palm of your hand. With a Crystal Singing Bowl, use the rubber mallet to begin circling the outside wall, or give the side a gentle tap for a single bell-like tone. Let it ring out before you do anything else. Listen until the vibration settles, then activate it again.
4. Sweep the Aura
Hold an activated Tuning Fork 6–12 inches from the body and move it slowly from the crown downward through each side. Move with intention, not speed. Repeat two or three times per session. With a Crystal Singing Bowl, let the tone fill the room and breathe it in.
5. Close and Rest
End every session with at least two minutes of stillness. The body needs time to integrate what it has received. It is where the practice does most of its work. Lie down if you can.
Over three to six months of daily practice, even brief sessions, the cumulative effect becomes unmistakable. Focus sharpens. Emotional recovery is faster. The quality of your presence in any role, whether practitioner, parent, or professional, deepens in ways that others notice before you do.
Common Questions
Do I need prior experience to start Sound Healing?
No. The instruments are intuitive to use, and the body responds to sound naturally. Start with one Tuning Fork and one session per day. The practice teaches you what you need to know through direct experience.
How long before I notice results?
Most people notice something within the first week: a quality of calm, improved sleep, or a clearer sense of themselves after sessions. The deeper, more lasting changes in the Aura and daily energy take three to six months of consistent practice to fully establish.
What is the difference between weighted and unweighted Tuning Forks?
Weighted forks have a small mass on each tine, producing a stronger vibration that can be felt when the stem is pressed against the body, useful for Acupressure, Reflexology, and physical contact work. Unweighted forks produce a cleaner, sustained tone that carries well through the air and the Aura. Most practitioners use both.
Can I combine Sound Healing with Yoga or Meditation?
Yes, they are natural partners. Play a Crystal Singing Bowl at the opening and closing of a Yoga session. Use a Tuning Fork in Savasana. Begin Meditation with a sustained bowl tone. Each modality amplifies the others when combined with intention.
Which Solfeggio frequency should I start with?
432 Hz is the most universally accessible starting point, the Musical Pitch of Nature, harmonically stable, and broadly supportive of the whole system. From there, 528 Hz and 396 Hz are common next steps. Follow your own response rather than a fixed order.
