The arm tuning fork activator fits nicely too in the pocket. In my other case I keep wipes in the pocket to clean the ones that touch people.

I ordered 2, still waiting on the second one to arrive but this one is perfect. It is well made and fits everything perfectly. What you see on top is a fully filled holder with my extra ling 42 hertz on too in its holder.
