If you are working with a group, let each person hold a chime and then recite an affirmation for the group. Similar to Angel Tuners, the chimes create a high frequency vibration. Higher frequency vibrations have stronger amplitude and so are louder and travel farther. High frequency tones can be used for cleansing a room or clearing the mind as you listen intently on the beautiful tone. The unique properties of chimes and Angel Tuners help to clear the mind and focus on an idea, affirmation, or prayer.

The chimes make a beautiful little tune when played in the correct order. For a group exercise, have each member play their chime from the Red to Purple and Purple to Red.

Sometimes the chimes will move off center but can be readjusted by holding the chime at each end and rotating it back into place. Please, note that the smaller chimes are a higher frequency with increased strength and amplitude and will make a slightly louder sound. While you can play this instrument with the mallet, chimes are best suited for producing a pure tone before you begin a practice, in conjunction with daily affirmations, or at the beginning of your day as a cue or command to the levels of the mind and body to help you work on a specific goal.
